Superb Service, Excellent Communication

The customer success team is always helpful with any questions that I have regarding our service! Our organization uses their product for monthly meetings where we discuss topics such organizations are facing within different departments of an agency. We also use them at conferences/seminars which gives us more exposure about what other customers think when they talk using this software (also helps make sales). Fantastic customer service & great product

The support staff is amazing! I had questions about my account that were easily answered by someone right away! They helped me figure out how to get started with using our API so we could connect the pieces together for internal use at work (we are an IT consulting firm). We have been able to tie data from all of our software solutions into one system; and now other departments can report on their specific areas too which has also improved efficiency internally - everyone likes knowing what…
