Arrived yesterday, it took me a while to figure out how to open it to put the phone in but finally managed it. Simple instructions would be nice. Now the phone is in your hand, it feels good, it fits very well - tight, but not so much that it's difficult to grasp. The outer soft shell isn't as rubbery as I'm used to from previous Otter boxes, but it seems good. Haven't dropped it yet, let's see how it holds up. I've used several iPhones in Otter Boxes since 2010, but I bought this one instead of another Otter Box as the Otter Box no longer has a built in screen protector and it was a deal breaker for me.
