This device has worked great for almost 5 months. But then it stopped working at all, so I figured it was the batteries. When I opened the battery compartment water came out and also a small piece of plastic, it was one of the battery cover plugs, it broke inside allowing the water to enter the batteries. Not a big deal since it comes with a lifetime guarantee, right? FOUNTAIN! That's where the one-star rating comes in: there's no way to activate the guarantee. There is no contact information for the seller or company and no website that I or Revain customer service could find. By the way, Juno from Revain customer service is a very good CSR. Warranty information may be on the box, but who keeps it after almost 6 months? In any case, I suggest that when you buy it, you make sure it comes with warranty information and keep it. If it doesn't and the warranty is important to you, send it back.
