I wanted something to hang towels in my girls bathroom. I originally had t-handles which looked great but their towels etc kept slipping off and I got tired of picking them up and telling them to pick them up. Also, they put too many items on the handles. I got five hooks because the eight hook model was too long, although extra hooks would have been nice but would have looked silly in a small hallway bathroom. Installation was very easy. Just make sure you measure and line up the distance between the mounting holes. Check and double check so you don't have to patch the wall because your hole doesn't work. It would be great if the company had a template to tape to the wall just temporarily, make sure it's level and then drill holes, but they provided useless paper tape measure. To be honest it wasn't that hard to make sure your holes lined up, you just need to take your time and measure properly. A template would only speed things up and make sure you're accurate with no issues. Towels are only on the floor when my kids leave them on the floor.
