Fits well but gets too hot to be comfortable

My current (old) trackball is a Logitech M570, so I'll often compare it to this device in my review. The Perimice 717 is a very good trackball and a good alternative to the well-known Logitech M570 (my current trackball) or its very expensive successor, the Ergo MX (tried it, didn't like it). Although I have small hands, this was not an issue when trying this device. The shape is quite comfortable. On my M570, the pinky tends to fall off and land on the table (or whatever surface I have it on). When using Perimice 717, the whole hand, including the little finger, fits well on it. The surface is slightly wider and perhaps less prominent than the M570, making my hand feel more relaxed. " finish that gives it a premium feel. But it feels warmer than the plain plastic finish on my old trackball. If you're going to be using it for hours, you might not want to feel your hand as warm. Also, the rubberized finish is oddly more slippery than regular plastic, so for me it wasn't as comfortable as my old one which will soon replace the M570.The ball itself (glossy red by default) feels good and is a good weight, but is a bit more difficult to move as the M570 I changed them in a couple of places and the blue from my M570 works fine on Perimice Problem solved The key tone is a little quieter than the M570 but you have to put more effort into pressing it Not much but you can notice the difference, i'm sure a lot of people can get used to it, especially if they haven't used the M570, the feel of the scroll wheel is also different, p you feel every click. Not as soft as the M570. This is also my perception and preference. Many like it feels crisp when scrolling PROS: Very comfortable shape, even for small hands Reasonable price (about M570. The buttons are a little harder to press than on the M570. In general, the product is of good quality, but the cons were for Decisive me Perimice, Elecom and Ergo MX Plus I will buy a new M570 to replace the old one.
