This is my fourth phone case in this style. I had a similar one on my first branded iPhone and really liked it. When they traded us for new phones, they gave us a different style called "plug-in" style, but I didn't like it as much as "plug-in" style. Got one for him and he loves it too. The whole device fell off a very high shelf onto the hard floor and the part on the side of the belt brought the phone to life. The phone part was only slightly worn and the phone remained intact and undamaged. I ordered another which I thought was the same but the new phone case was significantly less grippy than the original one so I just used the old one. When I received my personal Note 9, I ordered it. The footrest detail is different but I rarely use it so I don't care except that it's silver so it's a bit more visually intrusive than I'd like - maybe I'll find a way to paint it. . The phone case is not as grippy as my iPhone, but good enough. The laptop is so big that I put a pop socket on the back. When texturing a phone case, I worry about how well it will hold up, so I have to be careful for a while.
