Benefits: Exactly what you expect. It's made of steel with plastic inserts, the top of the compartments are flush with the top so things stay in place when the box is closed. Cons: I can't think of any. Therefore, there is a possibility of rust in the future if the coating is not complete. I have no idea if this will happen.
