The support team was very helpful when we had any questions or issues with our account. Sometimes it takes time before they respond but once they do their response are quick and thorough. We've been using this product since last year and haven't faced any problems yet. You should try out this tool if you want to simplify order fulfillment process. We were able to automate repetitive tasks in shipping department so now everyone knows what needs to be done without having to ask anyone else.
