Scotchlock connector
I like these connectors for splicing wires with a pair of pliers to set them to the desired depth on the connector tab. The two together do the job exactly as I would expect. We splice a lot in the elevator industry so I needed connectors that are expensive and will last as long as I'm happy with them.
Pros
- Blue connectors allow for an organized installation and correct cable size (0.75 - 2.5mm²) with max current 15A.

- There are other interesting options.
