A friend gave me a similar mount after I complained about my vent mount falling off at the worst possible moment while driving. I love the mount so much I wanted to use it when traveling as my phone doesn't always pair well with a rental phone. The mount is made of rubberized wires, so with a bend here and a twist, you can attach almost any phone. However, if you have a big phone, you can run into problems. Although there is a slide-out bracket on the back of the phone, it could get in the way. Apparently the bracket hangs on the rearview mirror and just doesn't work on every car if it's firmly attached to the glass or window molding. So far I've been able to get it to work in 99% of the cars I've driven. I really like having the GPS up where I can see it instead of looking at the navigation screen which takes my attention off the road. This little fellow is worth a try and makes a great stocking filler or Easter basket filler.
