I took a chance and am completely satisfied with these blue light blockers. I read countless reviews before deciding on this pair. It seemed like people either liked their glasses or didn't see a use for them and/or said they were cheap ugly plastic etc. I also suspected it might have something to do with quality/brand. I did my best to find a pair that wasn't cheap plastic and had better reviews overall, IMHO, and settled on LifeArt Optics. They are very pretty as shown in the picture but most importantly THEY WORK! My eyes don't feel like they have sand in them when I wake up. Also, I spend a lot of time on the internet and no longer have the same tired feeling in my eyes when I surf the internet. I have those with increased reading in them. But now I'm going to buy another pair without reading glasses so I can watch TV from across the room and not be distracted by those damn blue lights. I obviously sleep better because I've woken up with them many times. Will definitely be buying more so I always have a pair with me.
