Excellent webcam. With its advantages, such as an outstanding camera, video, and sound for a webcam, it is, in my opinion, just stunning. There are a lot of manual options, including focus, white balance, exposure, brightness, contrast, and color, among others. Quality that is acceptable despite the poor light. With these drawbacks: The software had several flaws. After getting in touch with the customer service department, the issue was resolved as follows: 1. On drive C, create a folder with the name C920 (the English letter C). Create two new folders named Video and Picture inside the C920 folder, and be sure to give them the proper names in English. 2. Launch the LWS software and log in. Click the "Settings" button (or "English preferences" if you like) that is located just to the right of the "Help" button. There, navigate to the Gallery area and specify the path to your newly created folders where photographs and videos will be saved. It is immediately connected to Ubuntu out of the box, although the video quality on Ubuntu is inferior to that of Windows.
