Works well when it works.
Had to get two to make it work properly. The first had a dead fan and dead RGB controller. I don't care about RGB so it didn't really matter, but the DOA fanatic does. Works well without keeping my Xeon 2698 V4 at a comfortably cool temperature under full render load.
