Worked with DisplayLink dock to send keyboard and mouse.

Connected my surface pro 3 to a Dell D6000, keyboard and mouse sends no issues. Of course it doesn't charge, SP3 doesn't charge via USB and it's USB 2 anyway. When I try the DisplayLink drivers I'll let you know if they work, but I wasn't expecting that, SP3 has a mini-DP for it .
