Ok don't believe other reviews because this radio hides behind its exterior to hide poor quality. I've had this radio on my desk for almost a year with little use. . Just today the antenna completely detached which prompted me to repair and reattach it. When I took it apart I found that the whole thing was barely holding with superglue and small screws. At the bottom of the picture I've attached a picture of the screw that holds the antenna to the wire AND the radio itself. Luckily I had a spare screw that held both the antenna and cable firmly to the radio without superglue. Overall this radio is way overpriced for what it is because while the features are incredible the quality suffers from jamming. many in one package. While other radios on Amazon are even worse, they're at least nowhere near $50 worth.
