I wear it without taking it off. I take it off just to wipe the strap after a shower. Has pros: Time, pulse, pedometer, you can swim without taking off, notifications from your phone, alarm clock, stopwatch, weather, a large selection of belts, long battery life. Got cons: Very hard to get out of the belt. It compresses a little, and if you relax it falls. I guess I just haven't gotten used to it yet.
