The device turned out to be defective immediately after unpacking. .
The device turned out to be defective right after unpacking. The case has been opened and all parts are present (starter neon tube and capacitor) but the electrodes did not glow when 120VAC was applied. The device I received does not have a model number, which begs the question: are these really genuine Leviton products? Don't buy this.
