My granddaughter loved this dress. There were no complaints of "itching" or discomfort. She wore it twice. Be sure to measure your child's chest, I would buy the wrong size... as the seller says - be sure to measure if your child is taller than their actual size π€£. We actually bought a smaller size than I thought.
