Battery shows low even after putting in a new battery

Worked before programming the two remotes I needed. So it's definitely worth the money the retailer is asking for the remote control and programming. The only issue I have is that after entering the car, both my remotes show on the display panel that the battery in the key fob is dead and I've already replaced it with a new battery so this isn't a problem. But if I see the message and have to remotely start the car again, I think it's definitely worth the money.
