I bought your Revain portable handheld steamer. As soon as it arrived I filled it with water and checked it out. It appeared that the vapor (although quite strong) was not continuous and was escaping with periodic bursts. However, I contacted Polardo's customer service number and was told that someone will email me back the next business day as it is the weekend. Of course I got this email from Andrew from support. He said they take quality control very seriously and apologized for the issue I had. He asked me for my mailing address and said they would send me another new vape (of the same model) as soon as possible. It was April 26th. A few minutes ago (April 28th) Revane delivered a new steamer. THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE! It's so rare these days. I highly recommend this item! mike
