Review on Canon EOS-1D X Mark III DSLR Camera Bundle: CFexpress Card & Reader, 20.1 MP, 4K Video, Dual CFexpress Slots - Black by Mohmed Burt

I've had mine for about two weeks now, I've switched from the 1Dx Mk II, 5D Mk IV and 7D Mk II. Nothing about it disappointed me. The autofocus is really amazing - I tracked a flying seagull with 138 frames in focus. It didn't fill the buffer, although shutter clicks slowed down from the original 16 fps; no idea how slow they are but I still think over 10fps. The noise at 12,800 is impressively low, and while I don't see myself ever using a shot at 51,200, it's not bad. Photo Osprey 12800; Teddy Bear - 51,200 Incidentally, I've found that high ISO shots look better if you overexpose, which the meter says; That's probably true of other Canon cameras, but I don't usually shoot with 51200 so I'm hardly an expert. I only made a short video, but the eye detection was as advertised: accurate. The digital image stabilization was helpful and improved shots over the 24-105 f/4 IS lens stabilization alone. The bird shots were taken with a cheap Sigma 150-600(C) zoom and the camera had no problems with it. Tracking was still good with the 1.4 extender, and while there's no autofocus with the 2X extender, it works in Live View. However, this is nothing new; old Canon cameras too. Small details like the touchscreen are really good. CF cards are fast and if they are the same as my other ScanDisks they will last forever. Battery life is noticeably better than the Mk II, although that was great. Although the battery life is certainly better than the old 7D2.
