Review on Showers Handheld Suction Bracket Diverter by Chris Cooper

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Looks good and works well

This is a great looking rain shower and hand held shower combo that also works well. It's very light and feels a bit flimsy because most of it is plastic, but that doesn't affect how well it performs. The rain feature is good, but I recommend removing the pressure control disk or you may not be getting enough pressure to your liking. The hand bar is very easy to use, and the bracket to attach the bar to the wall is very simple. You press it against the wall and turn the level down – done. If you must use glue, read the instructions to do it right. If you don't do this, the wand will keep falling off the wall. However, there are several disadvantages. The controller that switches the water from rain to manual is on top of the shower head, making it difficult to access. This is the main design flaw. Also, the switch on the stick is a bit sticky. It's easy to put it up or down, but if you try to position it in the middle, you have to be careful. Installation would be easy if the parts were properly labeled so you know what you are dealing with. The pictures are totally useless so you can't see what the parts actually look like and you're wasting time guessing what goes where. However, once you've done that, installation is simple and easy.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
