I have just received and installed the Bright Showers hand shower. I was disappointed that you can't redirect the water flow to a hand wand. My shower head is way over my head and I can't reach the switch. I was under the impression that I could turn off the water supply to the PDA and use one or the other, maybe I misunderstood the description. This is a very good shower head and well worth the money. It's not metal, it's ABS plastic, but seems strong enough to last as long as you need it to. I bought this as an upgrade for our boring apartment shower head. Works very well with high water flow. Assembly was very easy, everything is tightened by hand. This is a great looking rain shower and hand held shower combo that also works well. It's very light and feels a bit flimsy because most of it is plastic, but that doesn't affect how well it performs. The rain feature is good, but I recommend removing the pressure control disk or you may not be getting enough pressure to your liking.
