I've been a fan of theirs since the original Kinsei shoes came out. I run an average of 15 to 20 miles a week. I'm 5'10", 150 lbs. On average, I buy 2 pairs of each Kinsei before I release the next Kinsei. They hold up great, but if you walk a lot they wear out over time. The Kinsei line gets better every time the model that is released besides the kinsei 5. I bought two pairs of 5s and tried them on and the upper toe material broke after the first 25 miles.Asics were excellent and replaced the shoes with mine chosen model. A few months ago I bought two more pairs of Kinsei 4s because they are without a doubt the BEST running shoes out there. I've tried Saucony, New Balance, Nike and Brooks. Feel free to buy Kinsei 4s , yes they are expensive, but this is definitely a "you get what you pay for" case.
