Why abandon the design process?
Picked up for a test run in cold Chicagoland last night. Low to mid 30's and good wind blows. I bought it because I like the width. The widest headband I've ever seen, but why stop there? The wind cut through them like a hot knife through butter and my ears froze! Why not windproof all around with thick tortoise shell on the inside?
