Be prepared to spend A LOT of time whisking it. It's so pretty when it's fluffed up a lot, but it takes quite a bit of time, a lot of patience, and someone with a good back. However, the status is terrible. I had another tree with the same stand and told myself I would never buy another tree with that stand again, but I couldn't find a tree I liked until it was available. Well guess what, the state is terrible once again. It tells you that you just have to put the screws in first. Well I must have spent 2-3 hours trying to get it in so the screws don't fall out. Failed every time. Without screws, the tree twists and wobbles, but that seems like the only option I have. I've tried and tried and tried to get the tree into the stand with the screws barely tightened and they keep falling out. A screw doesn't even have to be screwed in, it goes in because the hole is so damn big! These shelves are terrible! When they stop using this type of stand. The wood doesn't go into the stand with the screws just barely in, you put the wood in and all the screws come out. I can't even lay down on the floor (I'm too old for that) and then try to get her in. I was so excited about my beautiful new tree and again very disappointed. I was finally able to afford a nicer tree, but in vain, it wasn't secure and only had to turn and possibly tip over when it was decorated. If you buy this tree it will be nice and full on its own, but buy yourself a different stand.
