I replaced them in my 11 year old jet dishwasher as the original machine was worn out (d and top rack not fully supported). These 4 packs were good value for money, looked pretty much the same as my original packs and the description said they were hydromassage dishwasher safe. After watching a few tutorial videos, I easily replaced them without a second pair of hands and found them easy to install (although a second person would be helpful with installing the post after replacement). My only concern is that they didn't snap to the rack's wires, which I expected. So I'm waiting to see if they support my top rack. If they "were" in their place I would give 5 stars.
