Great remote start system and once you figure out the wiring. It's also very easy to install if you have mechanical skills. However, the instructions are beyond terrible. They are designed for professionals, not beginners. There are at least 3 guides for the 09 charger we installed it in and it took a lot longer just figuring out which set was the right one than connecting and installing the right cables. The charger required connecting two wires between the T-harness and the multi-pin connector on the unit and cutting one wire. Easy and quick setup once we figure out what to do. We never found clear instructions for parking lights, so we didn't install them. I didn't see the need for a needle either. 4 stars for instructions. The device itself easily gets 5 stars. Ordered via AutoSignalization. They hooked it up to the car and cut off the correct wire at the T-harness. Your little instructional note makes more sense than all the junk pages and useless "wire color charts" you might access from Fortin. I ordered a device from another supplier, but the device was marked as flashed for a GM product AND for Dodge. Obviously wrong. Sent it back and ordered from Car Alarm Warehouse and was very happy with their service and help.
