I bought these because I can't find quart size ziploc bags anywhere! It was a great deal and I had never used this provider before but decided to give it a try. The pockets are textured on one side only, while the other side is very smooth, transparent, and a bit thin. I've bagged the pork chops a total of 3 or 4 times and after vacuuming and sealing I noticed they were leaking or poorly sealed. I had to take every bag I had just sucked, so 5 bags, and reseal each one. Very disappointing and I'll be a hot mom if they don't freeze properly and I'll lose all that meat and money! I like the Ziploc brand, but I haven't tried any other brand of FoodSaver.
