I ordered 2 pieces from inTank including this media basket and both came with some damage. Luckily this item isn't mechanical so a small crack in one of the shelves isn't the end of the world. The only disappointing thing about the design is that the airflow from the air intake directed onto the filter media in the media basket is not as efficient as I had hoped. When I adjust this item to the best of my ability, a small amount of water can still bypass the media basket and seems to reduce flow quite a bit. You have two different "water lines" depending on whether you modified the wall between the water inlet (area 1) and the media area (area 2).
