The best thing about xenio is that it can be integrated with any CMS or Ecommerce platform to create powerful customer engagement tools, without writing code! With its AI engine, you don't need developers for customization as well. It's quite expensive compared to other bots out there in market but I believe their support will help us get through this issue once we reach our limit of monthly plan usage (which might not happen). Currently using it only for one specific use case - B2C sales funnel automation. We are solving problems related to complex product features such as "What if my order doesn’t fit into size X?". Our customers love being able to ask questions directly from an agent rather than having to go via self service channels which takes longer time.
