When NONE of the 18mm deep indentations fitted this tool clicked into place and pulled the spark plugs out of the cylinders perfectly. This engine is a 4 spark plug design, the right rear spark plug was a bit of an issue as you cannot use the included pry bar to remove the spark plug, instead I had to use a sickle wrench to turn the end of the spark plug tool. until I could remove it manually.
