They did all we asked of them and they even exceeded our expectations! I wish there were two companies like this one out there! The customer service was great at every step along the way; even after implementation, their team took time to answer questions or help troubleshoot issues related to our site's launch. Highly recommended as there is truly no downside here! Nothing really comes to mind -- everything they've done has been fantastic. I like that they are very good at what they do. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. I would say that their rates are a bit high. This is something that I am working on changing. I think that they are doing a great job and I wish them nothing but the best! I am solving my problem of having no one to help me with social media. They are helping me build my business and get the word out there.
