I love glass. I love cobalt blue. These bottles are both. I just received them 15 minutes ago and couldn't be happier. My house is decorated in red and blue, two of my favorite colors. I use them for liquid soap - one in the bathroom, one in the kitchen. My bathroom is a rich grey-blue and this color blends in perfectly. It holds a lot of soap, much more than normal bottles of this type, so you don't have to refill it as often. The pump has a longer than usual hose that touches the bottom of the bottle more than adequately so you can really use all of the soap or whatever you put in it for your own use. I hate short pumps that don't let you use the entire product, it's so wasteful. Even though my kitchen is red and I have a red bottle for dish soap, I use a blue bottle for hand soap, so two different colors don't bother me. This makes it easier to understand what type of soap you need. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I only wish they came in red.
