My little man (6 years old) got this for his birthday this year. He couldn't be happier with the seal. It fits him as expected. It's tight but not that uncomfortable. Believe me, this articulate young man would have told me if that were the case. He tried to wear them during the day as well. It was almost a struggle to undress him and convince him that there was NOTHING else. I had to follow him around the house. In the end I set a trap. I've fought him in normal clothes only to catch him sneaking into his strings to wear this. In the end I gave up the fight and we just sat around in our pajamas all day because, hey, I wasn't going anywhere.
