I love the *idea* here, but the instructions kinda slipped between the ends of the box and haven't been found for a while. After finding it, I proceeded with the installation. The scratching post was too wide for the shelf to fit snugly against the window, so I removed it. Not everyone has a huge picture window! I washed the windows thoroughly, but despite my best efforts, this shelf was out of order. The cat has fallen at least four times since the shelf fell off the window. Every time I unplugged and re-attached the suction cups it seemed fine but it kept falling out. Absolute rubbish and waste of money. I'm sending it back for a refund! UPDATE ***** I highly recommend this seller! They contacted me very quickly, apologized that the product was not what I expected and refunded the money immediately. Wow! I have never received such an answer. I will continue to buy OTHER items from this seller!
