I bought this overhauled/used. It came in the original packaging and was very clean. (I use it to clean things, so I have no problem buying used ones, but a small part of me was still worried that I would end up with nasty/dirty brushes because I didn't have extra money to buy them wanted to spend this new one.) The flexible head is quite rigid/not flexible. This isn't a determining factor for me, but I just thought it would be nice to mention it. Not sure what I was expecting, but when I bought this I figured the attachments would vary in size a lot more, especially since I wanted to clean my dog's favorite Kong toy with the smallest one. This oversight was most likely my fault, simply assuming the "three" sizes would conform to common cup/bottle size standards rather than checking/comparing the sizes. I will not return it just because it would be more work to send it back. It's better than having nothing, but it's definitely not the best size/flexibility. Although the color is beautiful. So do what you want with it.
