Review on ๐ŸŽฒ Customizable Hexers Pathfinder Compatible Role Playing System by Paul Weakland

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I think you CAN teach the old master new tricks. For example, how to read reviews. Lesson learned.

Feels solid, like thick sections of cardboard encased in thin but strong plastic. I could see it last a while if cared for. The inserts are quite nice, printed on thick card stock. I'm still a bit against them because they won't last very long if you're hardcore and playing games all the time. Vinyl or plastic is 100 times better. Any time you hit them with a damp cloth to erase the marker, they're likely to bust pretty quickly. Personally, I don't care about the insoles because I'll make them myself. What kills this product for me are the slip pockets. The material used is the worst choice the company could have made. She's loose and shriveled and thin, all things I honestly wouldn't notice if she wasn't already covered in frost. Not clear. If it were clear, I probably wouldn't care. The combination of crumpled, fluffy and dull is the worst possible combination. you see nothing Even if you're sitting next to him, you have to keep your hand free to move the coils if you want to "quickly" look at him. There's no point for players to use the outer skins to represent something important unless you're sitting at a small table and don't mind the players touching your screen every 5 minutes. I can get a little OCD, I'll admit. , but I don't look for reasons to criticize products. What I can't forget is the price I paid for it. I tend to spend a little more on things assuming (and silly, I know) that I'll get a slightly better product. A few bucks more is one thing, but this screen is nearly $10 more expensive than its closest competitor. For a DM on a budget, that's a leap. These are some cheaper Chessex dice that you will never get enough of. "Witcher," I know you're not paying more than $5 or $6 a piece to make these pieces, you're definitely putting 300% or at least 400% markup on them. This is business. I understand. So spend the extra 25 cents per unit so I know there was a reason I paid 50% more for your product than what the other company is charging. I know it's petty. I'm really not upset about it. I just think it should be said. Ignoring such a small but important quality of life detail is just reminding people that whoever created this has probably never played a D&D game in their life, which is probably true of most companies out there, but other companies don't charge as much. . . I will judge your product for the asking price. If the price matches what is being made with love for the hobby and attention to detail, then at least the end product should have a clear attention to detail. Write it down. If I receive a competitor's product, I make sure I do a thorough comparison. I'll be happy to update this review with my findings. If the other screen somehow turns out to be a lot worse, I'm more than willing to take my word for it. I'm a reasonable person. However, I somehow seriously doubt that any difference would be enough to justify the extra money. It must be very bad. Since it has 4.5 stars and over 600 reviews, the chances seem pretty slim. I just wish I could see the big gap in the reviews before ordering this one. Now I know. I think you can teach the old master new tricks.
