The vents are small, the MIPS system inside further restricts airflow. The pads are small and therefore sweat starts dripping off them pretty quickly. The MIPS system makes it feel like wearing a plastic bag on your head. If you have a big head, stay away. XL is not available and I have it on the max setting - it fits just right.
