The real beauty of the device, easy enough for a child to use. I was in a hurry to meet, but the first use was easy and removed even faster. The batter was semi-thick, but it was ok on 1st speed. I liked the container which is easy to use even when in a hurry. Nice clean design. Speed notcha little nippy could have been better noted but once used a breeze to glide up to speed. This is a great gift even for those who have all the appliances in the kitchen. I love the shape of the mallets and I think this shape gives a better mixing element than others on the market. Highly recommended. PS add an informative warning: always turn off the power when turning the racket on or off. The slightest movement near the speed button activates the racquets, and your fingers can definitely be in danger. When children use it, adult supervision is a must. I would suggest putting tape on the speed knob to keep it stationary and then turning it off and on for use as needed. I made duct tape Pretty happy using duct tape, easy fix.
