It's sad when the vacuum cleaner works properly, but after trying these parts I'm thrilled! My Dyson was so loud and rattling like crazy. The roller brush completely broke an end cap. After replacing it works like new. It collects at least five times more hair and dirt than before. We have 2 Golden Retrievers that shed all the time so after 5 days of no vacuuming I was happy to see how well these parts are working! Parts fit perfectly, exchange took 2 minutes.
