Mixes up well - my new review
It definitely helps me get ready for a workout. It tastes good to me, but took a couple times to get used to it. I normally drink sport drinks cold from the fridge. So, drinking fruit punch with tap water straight out of the faucet was a little weird. I tried using ice cold water, but it doesn’t mix as well.
