1) I like how easy it was to set up, even though we had never done this before (our previous systems provider could not handle our volume of calls).2) Customer support has been great! We are solving many problems by using their services including customer retention/acquisition which saves us time & money3) It's quick - you don't have much lag in your system when calling customers4) The outbound dialer option allows me as one person answer over 50 percent more incoming phone numbers than with my old solution5.)
