I ordered shoes, they looked great. I ordered a size 9 and when they arrived I could barely put them on as they were snug and tight. I told them I need 9.5 and returned the shoes. Got another pair of 9s in the mail, didn't even try them on as they were exactly the same as what I sent back. I sent them back stating again that I need a size up and got word today that another pair in size 9 (spare) will be sent. Somehow I have to rip it off and get a refund when I bought a pair that actually fit.
