The product works, it's not comfortable to use, it has terrible battery life and I'm not sure if it will work consistently harsh environments. First, no control of stimulus strength was established. This allows the dial to spin freely, so without looking at the controls you have no idea if they're delivering the stimulus you want. That's a terrible design. If you've ever taught your dog to properly use a stun collar, you won't have time to stop and look at the remote control. Second, the buttons aren't intuitive: stimulation on the top buttons and sound and vibration on the bottom ones. Keys. There's also no tactile sense of which button you're pressing. The charging ports on the collars and remote control are non-USB and proprietary. In fact, the charging port on the collar and the remote control are not the same size, so you cannot charge both collars at the same time. And both require a rubber stopper to keep out the weather. My other collars have weatherproof contacts and I like the design better. The only good thing is the price. They are cheap. They are not intended for beginners and professionals will not use them for the reasons mentioned above.
