Anyone who wants a real espresso for less than 200 euros has probably already understood. It does not exist. However, this little Gevi does a great job given its price/feature ceiling. If you're willing to accept (you have to be under the big one with an espresso machine), I recommend this machine. However, it absolutely will NOT push 20 bar of pressure through your territory. And that's good from a hood perspective. Plus, a bonus, it looks great in white in your kitchen. Let's face it, most coffee makers in this price range are functionally lacking and ugly (espresso comes out cold, heavy channel distribution, not enough pressure to create crema, can't froth, plastic, all-black mass, etc.). The Gevi 20 bar makes a moderately tasty espresso that comes out hot and looks sweet on your counter. And yes, the propellant really works. to the point. You don't get a true "melted ice cream" consistency (essential to the art of espresso), but you do get a decent creamy foam that looks great on a cappuccino and has a pleasant mouthfeel.
