I'm happy overall, and I love how convenient and well-designed the bag is. The assembly and sewing were flawed, for which they apologized formally and offered to repair it in the store, which they duly did. Numerous copies at the store had the same flaw, more frequently on the left side. I was able to find a model that is faultless, and I am wholly satisfied with it, so I firmly suggest you to take it into the store so you can see it for yourself. Since my purchase experience was positive overall, I can recommend this brand and model for purchase and ease of use without hesitation.
