I live in a rural area where it is difficult to connect to all major networks (one city is 51 miles away, another 65 miles away). I had a store bought antenna installed in my attic and it picked up 39 channels. I literally tied this antenna to a rafter in my attic (a two-story house 25-30 feet off the ground), moved it over a coax cable, and depending on which city I'm pointing it at, I get 53 or 71 channels (as there are more stations further down town and I can pick them all up). I'm excited about the changes (I couldn't connect ABC before) and it only took a few minutes to install. I would like to add that I did not use the 40ft coaxial cable that came with it. It was of lower quality than the quad shield cable I had already routed to my smart panel.
