They're not round at all. I don't know how they passed quality control. I could run a tine across a piece of paper and it cut through. They are that sharp. Not at all safe for our baby. Too bad because the set itself is cute and a good weight. The dinosaur engraving is adorable. They arrived with some light surface scratches and I was able to get over that, but the quality of the forks is the hard way. I'm going back and looking for another set.
