This is exactly what I was looking for to soften the corners of our metal grill so the coating doesn't crack when rubbing against sharp corners. The black matches the BBQ color and the rubber looks like it will wear well. But as other reviewers have pointed out, they come with double-sided paper tape that needs to be peeled off and attached to the rubber corners before sticking to the surface. The tape is very thin and will curl even before you put it on the rubber, which is not easy as you are trying to insert it squarely into a small gap. In hindsight it would have been easier to stick the tape to the corner of the grill and then stick the rubber on top. However, with their affordable price, they help avoid the higher costs of frequently replacing the grill lid.
